Return Policy FAQ
Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns on items where the protective safety seal has been broken or removed. All returned items must be in their original, unopened condition.
If the return is due to an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs fully. If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund.
We apologize if your order was damaged during transit! Please take a photo of the damaged product and the shipping box, and email it to support@natashapurenatural.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately dispatch a free replacement.
Yes, as long as the item is unopened and within the 30-day window, you can request an exchange for a different product. If there is a price difference, we will either refund the difference or send you an invoice for the remaining balance.
